Prop 8 Closing Arguments Scheduled

For all of you wondering what happened to the federal trial, challenging California's ban on same-sex marriage, it's set to resume. The judge has finally scheduled closing arguments to begin on June 16th. As soon as those proceedings are finished, the judge will deliberate and will, most likely, give his ruling within a mater of weeks.

Be prepared for a long, drawn out, roller coaster of a ride. No matter how this judge rules, this case is, without a doubt, expected to be appealed to the next level and eventually all of the way to the United States Supreme Court. History is in the making with this case and it will be the foundation for gay marriage rights for the United States as a whole.
