This is why I believe we will win same-sex marriage rights in all 50 states, in only a matter of time, if this latest case makes its way to the U.S. Supreme Court. In this clip from Hardball yesterday, on MSNBC, the case is laid out directly from the horses' mouths.
My concern over whether we would win in Supreme Court, is diminishing, especially after hearing the arguments from Olson and Boies. The Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution is a very strong argument for same-sex marriage, as I had previously posted in, 14th Amendment Provides for Same-sex Marriage.

i loved that video! it shed so much light on the current issue of gay marriage and how it's totally going to recognized by the Supreme Court. i was a little worried about them being too hasty, but if they can make all of those arguments effectively, there's no reason we shouldn't win!
